ACAC Named a Top Workplace

RICHMOND, VA – ACAC Fitness & Wellness Centers have been named a top workplace in Richmond, Virginia. The Richmond Times Dispatch teamed with Workplace Dynamics to survey and rank private, public, government and non-profit organizations with 35 or more employees. Topics for consideration included workplace environment, benefits and pay, work-life balance, and training. Employee engagement, community involvement, and how companies promote diversity also factored in the evaluation. ACAC ranked #3 among large companies in Richmond, Virginia.
ACAC team members cited strong culture of integrity, professionalism and customer service as an important reason for rating the company a top workplace. Positive relationships with fellow team members and members was also a primary factor.
At ACAC, excellent member service starts with internal member service. The “Golden Rule” concept is the foundation for member service and it encompasses how team members act towards each other, as well as interactions with guests, vendors and service contractors.
