UFC GYM Expands Tennessee Footprint with New Murfreesboro Location Opening Fall 2026

MURFREESBORO, TN – UFC GYM, the first major brand extension of UFC, will continue its global expansion with the upcoming debut of UFC GYM Murfreesboro, set to open in fall of 2026. Located at 205 North Thompson Lane, the new $5 million, full-service facility will transform a former YMCA space into a more than 40,000-square-foot destination for fitness, MMA inspired fitness, Group Studio Fitness classes, youth programming, HIIT classes, recovery and community connection.
Designed to make the benefits of elite athletic training accessible to all ages and fitness levels, UFC GYM Murfreesboro will bring the brand’s signature combination of MMA-inspired training, traditional fitness, recovery & wellness services to the growing Murfreesboro community. The expansive facility will feature state-of-the-art amenities including a strength training area with free weights, Olympic lifting platforms, extensive cardio, fitness recovery zone, functional training equipment, turf training space, bag racks, MMA/Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu rooms and a dedicated cycle studio.
Members will also have access to an extensive lineup of group fitness and MMA-inspired classes, including boxing, kickboxing, BJJ, HIIT, Zumba, bootcamp, cycle, and other Signature UFC GYM programming. UFC GYM Murfreesboro will support fitness for the entire family with youth classes for children ages six and older, youth programming, Kids Club and additional family-friendly offerings.
To further support wellness and recovery, the location will feature premium recovery amenities including cryotherapy, Normatec compression therapy, hydromassage, red light therapy, sauna access and additional recovery services designed to help members maximize performance and recovery.
Prospective members may register and reserve their rate online to receive updates ahead of the founding member presale, expected to begin in the next 30-45 days. Registrants will be among the first to receive information when presale access opens and introductory founding member rates become available.
