PLANO, TX – Exos, a global leader in human performance development and coaching, is combining two exceptional facilities, just a few miles apart in North Texas, to offer clients the best access and convenience to top-tier amenities in one location in Plano.
Exos in Frisco is moving all training and services to an existing Exos facility at Children’s Health Andrews Institute in Plano, effective Nov. 18. Through this transition, athletes at Exos Plano at Andrews Institute will have access to expansive outdoor turf, new Keiser weight room equipment, a biomechanics lab, men’s and women’s locker rooms, on-site cafe, integrated physical therapy and nutrition services, and recovery technologies.
“Exos is ready to power up in Plano,” said Jeff Sassone, SVP, Exos Sports Business. “We’re taking two high performing facilities just miles apart and investing in one flagship Dallas location to best serve youth, high school, college, professional and adult athletes.”
The Plano facility investment comes on the heels of Exos’ expansion into the Atlanta, Georgia, region earlier this year. Widely known for its renowned training systems and methodology, Exos is the team behind the world’s top performing athletes and teams.
