MIAMI, FL – Dr. Gerry Faust, Author of Responsible Managers Get Results and a longtime internationally recognized management consultant, will speak at the 2016 Tennis Owners & Managers Conference, to be held March 23-25 in Miami.
The Founder and President of Faust Management Corp., Dr. Faust has worked with a broad range of business, professional and governmental organizations, including the White House Commission, Domino’s Pizza (taking them to a fortune 500 company), Wells Fargo, North American Ski Association, Banfield Pet Hospitals (taking them from $500 million in sales to $8 billion), Road Runner Sports, the National Science Foundation and many more. An expert on business turnarounds, he has consulted in areas such as executive coaching, organizational assessments, strategic planning and major organizational-change programs.
With his entertaining style, wit and wisdom, Dr. Faust, who is on the adjunct faculty at UCLA’s graduate school of management, will speak twice at the T.O.M. Vonference and participate in small-group roundtable discussions. On Wednesday, March 23, he’ll be the lunchtime speaker, talking about “the life cycle of a business,” and on March 24, he’ll present on “how to build responsibility in a team.”
