HFA Show Will Feature 28th Annual Financial Panel

LAS VEGAS, NV – Moderated by Management Vision and HFA Founder, Rick Caro, the 28th Annual Financial Panel on March 13 at The HFA Show 2025 in Las Vegas will analyze the financial trends that are driving challenges and opportunities within the industry. His guests will include:

  • Amna Malik, Executive Director, Morgan Stanley – Morgan Stanley has led many fitness and well-being transactions including the IPO of LifeTime Fitness, the sale of the Bay Club Company, equity deals for Xponential Fitness as well as servicing other large active living clients, both public and private.
  • Zach England, Managing Director, Harris Williams – Harris Williams has advised fitness companies in the U.S. and Europe, leading engagements involving franchisees in the Planet Fitness, Crunch Fitness and the HV/LP sector as well as for studios for both franchisors and franchisees.
  • Robbie Shapiro, Managing Director, York Capital Management – York Private Equity (the private investing arm of York Capital Management) has invested in fitness and wellness companies, including a Planet Fitness franchisee, an assisted stretching studio concept called Stretch’d, and more.
  • Marty Newburger, Partner, KSL Capital Partners – KSL’s recent investments included a luxury fitness brand in the UK (Third Space), a collection of golf and country clubs (Heritage Golf Group) and Alterra Mountain Company, a family of 50 ski mountain destinations and the Ikon Pass as well as largest heli-skiing operation. Its previous investments included Club Corp and the Bay Club Company.
