BOSTON, MA – The Health & Fitness Association announces that Alex Rodriguez, former Major League Baseball (MLB) star and current chairman and CEO of A-Rod Corp, is the third-day keynoter at The HFA Show 2025 March 12 – 14 at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas. His presentation will occur in the morning on March 14 and is sponsored by ABC Fitness.

Rodriguez played Major League Baseball for 25 years and was named an MLB All-Star 14 times. As part of the New York Yankees, he won the 2009 World Series.

Today, Rodriguez leads A-Rod Corp, an investment firm that backs world-class startups and partners with leading global companies across real estate, sports, and entertainment. A-Rod Corp has more than 30 companies in its portfolio, including fitness brands A-Rod Energy, NFL Fit, TruFusion, and UFC Gyms. He also is part of the ownership group of the NBA’s Minnesota Timberwolves and WNBA’s Minnesota Lynx.

Rodriguez founded A-Rod Corp in 1995 using his MLB earnings. While achieving remarkable stats on the field, including 696 home runs, he built a real estate and development empire, acquiring properties across the southeastern United States. In 2020, he partnered with CGI Merchant Group to invest in hotel properties across North America and the Caribbean. He continues to seek long-term investment opportunities, leveraging his expertise to support and grow businesses.

His keynote, “Mindset of a Champion: Success Across Sectors,” will focus on turning setbacks into opportunities.

“The Health & Fitness Association is excited to have Alex Rodriguez as a keynote speaker at The HFA Show,” says HFA President and CEO Liz Clark. “His journey from MLB legend to successful business leader, along with his passion for fitness and innovation, makes him the perfect inspiration for our community to elevate its success and mindset.”
