Hotel Room Key Cards – Get in the hands of Attendees!
Sponsorship Fee: $12,000 – Exclusive
Upon check-in at IHRSA’s official event hotels, guests will be handed their room keys which can be branded with your corporate messaging and logo. Note: Sponsorship fee is exclusive of expenses for production of key cards and the hotel delivery fee, to be paid directly to each hotel.

Planet IHRSA – The International Attendee Reception

The International Club is a magnet for attendees from all parts of the world to network, socialize, have meetings and relax. Sponsors are given their own designated table within the Club to conduct meetings throughout the event, as well as to mingle with attendees from around the globe.
5K Run/Walk – Kick off IHRSA 2020 with great visibility!
Sponsorship Fee: $7,500 – Non-Exclusive
Sponsor the IHRSA 5K Run/Walk scheduled to be held Wednesday, March 18th at 6:30 a.m. The race will begin at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina and continue along the scenic harbor route to Embarcadero Park. As a sponsor of the IHRSA 5K Run/Walk, your sponsorship will provide prominent logo visibility within race materials including the official race t-shirts, race bibs and the start /finish line banner.
