Exercise IS Medicine During the Holiday Season
By: Mike Alpert
Mike AlpertThe Christmas Holiday Season is my very favorite time of the year. It is a time that I find myself reflecting on all the things that I have to be thankful for. The Secret to Increasing Average Price Per Member
By: Daron Allen
Daron AllenWith all good secrets, there's a story. This story starts with how did we get here; how did the average price of a membership get so low? Bill McBrideI know there is a lot of talk about Millennials (more now as they are the major force in the marketplace), Boomers, Generation X and every other classification demographers can come up with.
