HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) announced its Tennis Technology Conference & Expo will finally be held November 13-14, 2017. The dates had to be moved due to the impact of Hurricane Matthew on Hilton Head Island.
