BOSTON, MA - Daniel Levin, who founded the East Bank Club in Chicago in 1980, died on January 11 at the age of 94. He is survived by his wife, Fay Hartog-Levin, a former US ambassador to the Netherlands, along with three children, 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Read More...
