IRVINE, CA – Xponential Fitness, one of the leading global franchisors of health and wellness brands, was honored as a finalist at the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Annual Business Awards for its acquisition of Lindora, a leading provider of medically-guided weight loss and metabolic health solutions. The designation pays tribute to the highest-performing middle market companies in Orange County and the Inland Empire, as determined by an independent panel of judges.

Lindora was acquired by Xponential in January to further solidify its holistic approach to health and wellness and tap into the broader consumer demand for holistic and comprehensive approaches to health. The honor comes at a time of franchise growth for Lindora, which has already seen significant interest in signing multi-unit franchise agreements with owners from diverse backgrounds including technology, software development, real estate, marketing and sales, personal training, and finance.

“We are very humbled to be honored by ACG Orange County for the acquisition transaction in bringing Lindora into the Xponential family,” said Brenda Morris, Interim CEO of Xponential. “As Lindora enters the next phase of its growth through franchising, we are excited to scale the brand by leveraging Xponential’s proven model and platform.”

More than 100 companies were considered for the top honors across 10 different categories. Xponential was a finalist in the Spotlight category, highlighting a brand that experienced a significant M&A transaction and demonstrated above-average financial performance.

Founded in 1971 in Southern California, Lindora has established itself as a trusted brand in the health and wellness industry improving many lives across millions of client visits. With 31 locations offering innovative services such as weight management programs, weight loss medications, hormone replacement therapy, IV hydration, and more, Lindora is well-positioned to expand its reach through franchising, in the projected $400 billion global weight management industry, across North America as an Xponential brand.
