The Journal Impact Factor (JIF), released by Clarivate Analytics, is one measure of journal success.<\/p>\n<p>The Translational Journal of the American College of Sports Medicine (TJACSM) received its first-ever impact factor at 0.9. ACSM\u2019s Health &#038; Fitness Journal\u00ae is enjoying its highest ever score at 1.5. Two journals remain in the top 15 of 87 journals in the Sports Sciences category Exercise and Sport Sciences Reviews (6th; 5.7 JIF) and Medicine &#038; Science in Sports &#038; Exercise\u00ae (14th; 4.1 JIF). While Current Sports Medicine Reports saw a slight drop from its high score last year, this year\u2019s impact factor (1.8) keeps it on an upward trend when looking at the past five years. <\/p>\n<p>The continued success of ACSM\u2019s journals is the result of the expertise and dedication of the editors-in-chief, associate and section editors, editorial boards, and reviewers.
