Host facilities realize the benefit of educating and certifying their pickleball coaching staff. Operators are opening up their facilities to host workshops so they can identify future coaches, expose their facilities to outside coaches, and get marketing assistance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy facility at Queens College in NYC hosts several PPR certification workshops yearly. Almost all of them sell out,\u201d says Hemel Cosme, chair of the PPR. \u201cHosting PPR workshops is a tremendous benefit to our pickleball program.
