TIMONIUM, MD<\/strong> – Planet Fitness, one of the nation\u2019s largest and fastest-growing franchisors and operators of fitness centers with more members than any other fitness brand, announces further expansion in the Sunshine State. A 19,703-square-foot space in Parkland, Florida that is currently a YouFit gym will close October 25. Planet Fitness will completely rebuild and equip the facility, for a total investment of $2.8 million.<\/p>\n

With an anticipated December opening, the brand-new fitness center will offer state-of-the-art cardio machines and strength equipment, 30-Minute Express Circuit, fully equipped locker rooms with lockers and showers, numerous flat screen televisions, HydroMassage beds, massage chairs, tanning beds and more \u2013 all in a hassle-free environment. <\/p>\n

PF Black Card membership includes the ability to bring a guest every day at no additional charge, access to all 2,300+ Planet Fitness locations in all 50 states, as well as access to massage beds, chairs and tanning, among other benefits<\/p>\n

The Parkland club will be Planet Fitness\u2019 27th in the area and PFGP\u2019s 9th in Florida.
