Cass, formerly the ACE Executive Vice President of Central Services, brings expertise in operations, human resources and accounting to the reinstituted ACE senior leadership role.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAmanda\u2019s demonstrated skill and abilities to operationalize processes within ACE makes her fully equipped to make impactful change during a time of organizational growth,\u201d said Scott Goudeseune, ACE chief executive officer. \u201cOur recent acquisition of the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute highlighted the need to have someone with Amanda\u2019s expertise in this important leadership role.\u201d  <\/p>\n<p>As the Chief Operating Officer, Cass will provide the leadership and management to ensure ACE has the necessary operational controls; strategic planning processes and accountability measures; and human resource systems in place to effectively grow the organization.
