This year, more than 21,000 youth from under-resourced communities will be impacted by these grants. Chase has awarded more than $1.3 million to selected NJTL chapters in its nine-year collaboration with the USTA Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are honored to once again work with our longtime supporter, Chase, an outstanding mission-driven company that has impacted thousands of kids from under-resourced communities through the Return to Serve program,\u201d said Dan Faber, USTA Foundation Chief Executive. \u201cNow more than ever, we are seeing how tennis and education can uplift and empower our youth. We are incredibly energized to keep on the momentum and growth we\u2019ve been experiencing with our NJTL chapters across the country and are thankful for supporters like Chase who share the passion for our mission.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, after a two-year absence due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the \u201cReturn the Serve Fun Day\u201d came back with a fun celebration of the NJTL chapters in five selected markets. More than 1,000 youth in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Houston and D.C. participated in this nationwide celebration. Each of the local events featured high-energy and fun tennis activities, off-court educational opportunities, and healthy lunch for the youth participants of the NJTL programs and their families.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDeveloping financial wellness, like tennis skills, starts with learning the fundamentals, nurturing a healthy mindset, and practicing behaviors.
