As a result, members can now get freshly made, customized macro-balanced meals with the highest quality ingredients delivered right to their door.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn partnership with Trifecta, we can offer our 9Round members best in class nutritional meal planning that aligns with 9Round\u2019s approach to overall wellness,\u201d said Shannon Hudson, founder and CEO of 9Round. \u201cA killer workout, quality food and accountability, are the three things that will help our members achieve optimal health results. We are upping the anti to help our members become stronger in 30-minutes, physically and mentally.\u201d<\/p>\n

9Round Trifecta meals feature a balance of complex carbohydrates, good fats and lean protein. Members are given the opportunity to select from Trifecta\u2019s vegan, vegetarian and \u201cmainstream\u201d meal programs with recommended calorie intake differentiated for males and females. Participants can tailor their meal plan to include a preferred number of meals per day and week while specifying dietary preferences and allergies. All food arrives in a refrigerated case, vacuum-sealed and ready to eat.<\/p>\n
