LOUIS PARK, MN<\/strong> \u2013 Wellbeats, a leading provider of on-demand, virtual wellness content for use in corporate wellbeing initiatives, has announced it will join health navigation leader Castlight Health, Inc.\u2019s (NYSE:CSLT) digital health ecosystem, integrating more than 1,000 Wellbeats\u2019 classes into the Castlight platform. The agreement will also allow Castlight to act as a reseller of the Wellbeats solution.<\/p>\n By integrating Wellbeats content into Castlight\u2019s industry-leading digital health navigation platform, employers will be able to connect their health and wellbeing vendors, benefits resources, and plan designs in one place, delivering a comprehensive experience with single sign-on for employees. This will make it easier for Castlight members to participate in a wide range of Wellbeats\u2019 classes designed to make physical and mental wellbeing accessible for users of all ages and ability levels. In addition, employees will be able to complete Wellbeats classes and activities to earn points toward wellness incentive programs administered through Castlight.<\/p>\n \u201cSupporting employee health and wellbeing has been paramount during the pandemic, but the shift to remote work means that many tried and true approaches to employee engagement are no longer as effective as they once were,\u201d said Jen Zygmunt, Chief Revenue Officer, Wellbeats. \u201cAs employers continue to look for solutions to support this new normal, they are also looking for ways to streamline the experience for employees.
