It includes user-friendly technical information on all aspects of quality construction, including design, budgeting and planning, site requirements, surface selection, construction, maintenance, repair, amenities, accessories and more. In addition, it includes diagrams, photos, resources and sources for further information. It is also the textbook for those taking the ASBA\u2019s Certified Tennis Court Builder exam.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe new edition of the \u2018Tennis Courts\u2019 manual has updated information throughout,\u201d says David LaSota, the Chairman of the Joint Editorial Board, made up of representatives from both the ASBA and the USTA, who worked to update and rewrite the manual. \u201cWe\u2019ve created a more user-friendly publication that follows the process from conception to construction to completion.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Copies of the new edition are available at a cost of $44.95. Books can be ordered in either hard copy or digital format by going to the website, www.sportsbuilders.org and selecting the \u201cResources\u201d tab at the top, then \u201cPublications.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The ASBA is a non-profit association helping designers, builders, owners, operators and users understand quality athletic facility construction.
