COTTAGE GROVE, WI<\/strong> – Johnson Health Tech (JHT) has announced their acquisition of Matrix Fitness South Africa, a distributor for JHT prior to the acquisition, becoming the first fitness equipment company to have a wholly-owned subsidiary in Africa. John Frayne, former Director of Matrix Fitness South Africa for the last 12 years, was named Managing Director of the new JHT-SA office. With 25 years of experience in the financial sector prior to running the Matrix Fitness office, Frayne had the business acumen to achieve high sales growth and brand awareness for JHT across the largest fitness market in Africa.<\/p>\n \u201cMatrix Fitness South Africa, under the leadership of John Frayne, had been a trusted partner and successful dealer of our Matrix, Vision and Horizon brand for years,\u201d said Jason Lo, CEO of Johnson Health Tech Co., Ltd. \u201cJohnson Health Tech is committed to the development of health and fitness across Africa and is excited to have John lead our expansion as one of our wholly-owned subsidiaries.
