Starting next week, the Cincinnati Sports Club is partnering with TriHealth to host free seminars focusing on strategies to improve the way you live. Experts will explore different topics trying to get people back on the right track after a difficult year.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Probably, most of us have had some sort of mental breakdown of some sort in the last couple of months, especially with the holiday season. We didn&#8217;t get to do what we&#8217;re used to, so really looking at the mental wellbeing and the physical wellbeing which something that we all strive for,&#8221; said Katie Pitzer with TriHealth.<\/p>\n<p>The first seminar is going to focus on COVID-19 fatigue and it&#8217;s Thursday at 5:30 PM.
