BOSTON, MA<\/strong> – The International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association (IHRSA) has announced that Jim Schmaltz will become the Editor-in-Chief of Club Business International (CBI)<\/em>, the Association\u2019s flagship monthly magazine, effective with the January 2021 issue.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are thrilled to welcome Jim in a leadership role to our editorial team,\u201d said Jay Ablondi, IHRSA\u2019s publisher and executive vice president of global products. \u201cJim has covered the industry in many capacities for IHRSA since 2004 and fully understands the diversity and strengths of our club and supplier members.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAs the world\u2019s leading magazine for the health and fitness industry, CBI will continue to tell the incredible success stories of the innovative people and companies driving industry growth,\u201d said Schmaltz. \u201cThe fitness professionals I have spoken to during the pandemic have impressed me with their passion, resilience, and creativity.
