LOMBARD, IL<\/strong> – Power Wellness has successfully reopened over 20 managed medical fitness centers nationwide, helping re-employ over 1,200 team members. In the coming weeks, Power Wellness expects to reopen the remainder of their clients\u2019 locations in New Jersey, New York, Michigan and Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n \u201cThe majority of our portfolio is back online,\u201d reports Brian Hummert, President and COO of Power Wellness. Center utilization continues to improve, with 60% of the March members reactivating at the reopened centers.<\/p>\n Importantly, Members are highly satisfied with the centers\u2019 safety and cleanliness:<\/p>\n I am so impressed with your staff! In addition to extensive screening and safety protocols, members are \u201cself-policing\u201d and being respectful of others. A recently completed safety survey among 1,300 members indicated high levels of confidence in safety protocols with an average rating of 4.65 out of 5.00:<\/p>\n I gave 5-star ratings on everything because I actually feel as safe at [the center] as I do in my own home. You guys just do a wonderful job in every aspect of the Fitness Center. From cleanliness to professional expertise, you guys are the very best!!!<\/em> \u2013 Piedmont Wellness Center, Fayetteville, GA<\/p>\n Power Wellness marketing and sales professionals have deployed several strategies to help re-engage 15% of the March members still in bridge\/freeze status. Centers are making \u201ccare calls\u201d, offering complimentary \u201ccomfort passes,\u201d deploying member testimonial videos and continuing virtual classes: \u201cOur salespeople are letting inactive members know that we\u2019re here to support their well-being, even if they\u2019re not in the center,\u201d added Eric Tepper, Director of Sales.<\/p>\n Power Wellness is using new technology to enforce occupancy requirements and support contact tracing, if necessary. Power Wellness has piloted a digital check out process that provides management dashboards tracking up-to-the-minute regulatory compliance. \u201c[We are] making sure we understand the capacity in the facility, so this will give us a better indication of who is in the building, for capacity and staffing purposes,\u201d added Brian Hummert.
