SAN FRANCISCO, CA<\/strong> – Netpulse, a leading provider of branded club mobile apps, announced the appointment of Mike Escobedo to the newly created role of SVP of Customer Success.<\/p>\n Mike is a veteran of the fitness industry, having previously overseen the customer experience at ABC Financial, a leading payment processing and member management software provider. Mike joined ABC Financial in 2011, where he quickly rose to SVP of Client Management, responsible for the nearly 200 employees who represent ABC\u2019s customer facing organization. During his tenure, Mike and his team have led several key initiatives, most recently the implementation of ABC\u2019s services to Planet Fitness.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are honored to welcome Mike to the Netpulse team\u201d says Co-CEO John Ford. \u201cHis experience and passion for providing exceptional customer service enables us to continue to drive innovation in the marketplace.
