(Academic Creative Engagement) curriculum, the Foundation\u2019s signature academic initiative. Chase has awarded more than $750,000 to select NJTL chapters within its six-year partnership with the Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>On July 12, Chase will help each NJTL grant recipient host a \u201cReturn The Serve Fun Day,\u201d to celebrate each chapter\u2019s programming and its impact on youth. Thousands of students in the selected cities will take part in this nation-wide celebration.<\/p>\n<p>Two new NJTL chapters and markets, \u201cLegacy Youth Tennis &#038; Education,\u201d and \u201cTenacity\u201d from Philadelphia and Boston respectively, will be participating in the celebration for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>Each of the 12 local events will feature high-energy and fun tennis activities, off-court educational opportunities, and a healthy lunch for the youth participants of the respective NJTL programs, along with their families. In addition, the events will include a check presentation to the NJTL chapter leaders by a local Chase representative.<\/p>\n<p>The following NJTL chapters will each receive a $15,000 grant:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A&#8217;s &#038; Aces \u2013 New Orleans, LA;<\/li>\n<li>Dallas Tennis Association \u2013 Addison, TX;<\/li>\n<li>First Break Academy \u2013 Carson, CA;<\/li>\n<li>Houston Tennis Association \u2013 Houston, TX;<\/li>\n<li>Legacy Youth Tennis &#038; Education \u2013 Philadelphia, PA;<\/li>\n<li>MaliVai Washington Youth Foundation \u2013 Jacksonville, FL;<\/li>\n<li>Metropolitan Tennis and Education Group \u2013 Upper Marlboro, MD;<\/li>\n<li>New York Junior Tennis &#038; Learning \u2013 Woodside, N.Y.;<\/li>\n<li>Portland Tennis &#038; Education \u2013 Portland, OR;<\/li>\n<li>San Francisco Recreation &#038; Parks \u2013 San Francisco, CA;<\/li>\n<li>Tenacity \u2013 Boston, MA;<\/li>\n<li>The ACE Project \u2013 Riverdale, IL;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In total, Chase has donated $950,000 to the USTA Foundation through the \u201cReturn The Serve\u201d program, raising an additional $200,000 for the initiative in 2018 through the US Open \u201cArt Courts,\u201d in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the US Open. That successful initiative consisted of five local artists who were commissioned to turn tennis courts into their canvas. In the process, five public tennis facilities across the country targeted to benefit the city\u2019s local NJTL chapter were restored.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe USTA Foundation is once again honored to have Chase as an outstanding, mission-driven supporter,\u201d said Dan Faber, USTA Foundation Executive Director. \u201cAs we celebrate 50 years of the NJTL network, we remain proud to serve as the beneficiary of the \u2018Return The Serve\u2019 initiative.
