The unique Fusion Drive system utilizes an ultra-durable Poly-V Isoprene belt, a tensioning system, as well as a real road feel of a perimeter-weighted flywheel. The system works to transfer more direct cranking energy without the slippage that exercisers can find with other belt-driven methods.<\/p>\n<p>John Cook, vice president of the design, says: \u2018The heart of our innovation is always anchored in our rider and owner experience, and Fusion Drive is the only system that is smooth and quiet with a truly superior natural ride compared to other belt bikes.
