LITTLE ROCK, USA<\/strong> and S\u00c3O PAULO, BRAZIL<\/strong> – ABC Financial Services, LLC, announced that it has acquired Brazil-based Evo W12 Inova\u00e7\u00f5es Tecnologicas, South America\u2019s largest provider of club management software to over 2,700 facilities across 10 countries. ABC is the leading provider of software, billing, and membership services to over 7,000 North American commercial and franchise health and wellness facilities.<\/p>\n

ABC\u2019s international office and W12 will combine into a single international subsidiary led by W12\u2019s CEO, Paulo Akiau. The new organization will oversee the continued rapid growth into the Central and South American markets as well as execute a strategy to expand ABC\u2019s operation globally.
