IRVINE, CA<\/strong> – Standalone digital lock manufacturer Codelocks Inc. has appointed Matt Welty as its new General Manager. Working from the company\u2019s office in Irvine, California, he will be responsible for development of the company and driving growth throughout North America.<\/p>\n Matt comes with a wealth of experience in the security industry, having worked in senior roles for a number of leading American door hardware manufacturers over the past thirty-seven years. Alongside his door and security expertise, Codelocks will benefit from Matt\u2019s far-reaching sales, marketing and strategic capabilities.<\/p>\n Commenting on his new appointment, Matt said, \u201cI am pleased to be joining a successful global corporate company and I am looking forward to further growing the business. I believe that Codelocks can achieve tremendous growth in the Americas by better understanding and meeting the needs of both current and future customers.\u201d<\/p>\n Matt will focus on replicating Codelocks successes across all regions and explore further internationalization of the company.<\/p>\n Colin Campbell, Managing Director of Codelocks, said: \u201cMatt\u2019s sales and marketing knowledge, strong financial acumen and passion for developing people made him the stand out candidate. Matt resides in Carmel, Indianapolis with his family and will share his time between the Irvine office and Codelocks Inc.\u2019s distribution network.
