RacquetFit, an educational organization dedicated to the study of how the human body functions in relation to tennis, will be offering seminars throughout the United States for these providers who wish to earn the RacquetFit Certification. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat RacquetFit has developed is game changing for the tennis industry,\u201d said John Embree, USPTA CEO. \u201cRacquetFit was developed by an Advisory Board of tennis-industry leading experts and led by the founder of TPI (Titleist Performance Institute), Dr. Greg Rose. With TPI\u2019s cutting edge research and development and over 21,000 professionals certified through their network, we wanted to partner with RacquetFit to produce the same cutting-edge education for the tennis industry.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from leading experts in the tennis, fitness, and medical profession from instructors such as Dr. Sean Drake, Dr. Mark Kovacs, Dr. Greg Rose and Jeff Salzenstein. Upon completion of the certification, professionals will have the tools to screen the physical limitations of a player along with the knowledge of how to get them back to performing at a high level.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBy being able to assess a player\u2019s physical abilities, and then understanding how those attributes relate to their tennis-specific skills, is what separates an average coach from a great coach,\u201d said Dr. Sean Drake, Vice President of RacquetFit.  \u201cUp until today, tennis specific fitness and medical professionals could not obtain recognition from the global leader in tennis-teacher certification, the USPTA.
