The annual awards celebrate the business community\u2019s best and brightest.<\/p>\n<p>The expansion added 12,000 square feet of space to the GHF flagship facility located at 4820 Newberry Road in Gainesville, FL. The project is part of a multimillion-dollar expansion and remodeling of the facility.<\/p>\n<p>Upstairs the additional space included an expanded state-of-the-art SkyCycle studio with MyRide technology, a boxing studio and expanded weight training and cardio spaces. On the first floor the space houses an all-new clinic for ReQuest Physical Therapy, which was previously housed in another part of the facility.<\/p>\n<p>The expansion and remodel includes a new conference center, member connection lounges and signature studios for programs like group exercise, X-Force Body Fat Breakthrough program, TRIBE Team Training, Personal Training, and Pilates.<\/p>\n<p>The Business of the Year Awards are judged by an anonymous, non-employee panel of Chamber stakeholders.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><strong>GAINESVILLE, FL<\/strong> &#8212; Gainesville Health &#038; Fitness received the 2014 Business of the Year Awards Best Business Expansion award from the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce.
