Rogers most recently served as Director of License Store Operations at Starbucks Coffee Company, where he led the brand through record growth for over 20 years.<\/p>\n<p>With over 30 years of progressive restaurant, retail and franchise leadership experience, Rogers is an expert at building customer and shareholder value through assembling world-class teams in both corporate and franchise consultant models. Known for his ability to grow organizations from mid-sized start-up to national brand presence, Rogers is a strategic leader who will be realigning Retro Fitness\u2019 resources and assets for future growth. As Chief Operations Officer, Rogers will oversee the company\u2019s ongoing operations and procedures. He will also enhance business growth efforts in order to unleash disciplined innovation and encourage long-term stability.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to add another tremendously talented individual to our team that is passionate about moving our brand forward,\u201d said Eric Casaburi, CEO and founder of Retro Fitness, which has more than 150 gyms open in 16 states. Before holding director level positions for 15 years, Rogers built a strong corporate office track record while proving his ability to influence organizational change and deliver enterprise capital proposals for board level approval.
