DALLAS, TX<\/strong> – Gold’s Gym, announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire all of the 24 Hour Fitness locations throughout the St. Louis and Oklahoma City metro areas. As part of the deal, the six 24 Hour Fitness locations will be rebranded under the Gold’s Gym name, establishing the brand as the market leader in these cities with 10 locations in Oklahoma City and 11 locations in St. Louis.<\/p>\n All terms of existing 24 Hour Fitness memberships will be honored at the new Gold’s Gym locations without any interruption to current members and the six clubs obtained through the acquisition will remain open throughout the conversion.
