Our partnership with HYROX is the next step, giving members another powerful way to get stronger and train with purpose.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To celebrate the launch, VASA and HYROX will host HYROX Training Day open houses at participating locations on Saturday, October 3. The events will give members and prospective members the opportunity to experience HYROX-style training, learn more about the format and explore how they can incorporate HYROX-inspired workouts into their fitness routines. VASA and HYROX will expand HYROX training experiences to additional VASA communities in the future. Members do not need to be registered for a HYROX competition to benefit from the training experience.
