In this role, Proffitt will support performance and strength training environments across the NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL.<\/p>\n<p>Tom Proffitt brings more than four decades of experience working alongside elite strength and conditioning professionals across professional and collegiate sports. Throughout his career, he has worked with strength coaches and performance leaders in the NBA, NFL, MLB and top NCAA programs, helping support the development of high-performance training environments.<\/p>\n<p>Proffitt\u2019s work has contributed to the evolution of modern, team-based training spaces, with a focus on equipment for sport-specific strength development.
