DALLAS, TX<\/strong> – E\u014dS Fitness closed 2025 by surpassing two million members and growing its national footprint by more than 20% during Q4. The High Value. Low Price. (HVLP) gym brand continues to accelerate its strategic growth, fueling expansion with ongoing reinvestment in existing locations and deeper community partnerships.<\/p>\n \u201cReflecting on the past year, E\u014dS has strengthened its nationwide presence, empowering more than two million members to be the best versions of themselves,\u201d said Rich Drengberg, chief executive officer of E\u014dS Fitness. \u201cIn 2026, we\u2019ll continue expanding our footprint and rolling out innovative amenities and technology, all while staying laser\u2011focused on delivering the most exceptional member experience possible.\u201d<\/p>\n In Q4, E\u014dS Fitness opened five new gyms, signed 13 new leases and invested $13 million in to existing gyms to serve its growing fitness community. This growth keeps E\u014dS Fitness on track to reach 250 gyms by 2030, further cementing its position as a leader in the fitness industry.<\/p>\n New locations opened in Q4 include:<\/p>\n October also marked a strategic expansion in Southern California with the 23-gym purchase of an iconic local gym chain. The acquisition established E\u014dS in high-profile areas like Beverly Center, Hollywood, Long Beach and Santa Barbara. As of Q4 2025, Southern California is E\u014dS\u2019 largest market with 45 gyms open.<\/p>\n \u201cThis year\u2019s growth emphasizes the momentum behind our long-term strategic vision,\u201d Drengberg said. \u201cWe expanded across new and established markets, welcomed a growing member base, reinvested significantly in our legacy gyms and strengthened our commitment to the communities we serve.\u201d<\/p>\n E\u014dS continued to raise the bar on member value by enhancing both its amenities and performance-focused offerings.<\/p>\n The gym elevated its base membership tier, Will Do, by adding amenities like the MOVE\u014dS Cinema, basketball courts and in locker room saunas, giving more members access to premium experiences without updating their membership.<\/p>\n E\u014dS also enriched its supplement offerings with a 20% discount to personal training clients to ensure trusted, high-quality performance resources are accessible to members pursuing personalized health and fitness goals. That commitment extended even further with the introduction of N2G Shake Machines in select locations, providing fast, on-demand access to high-quality N2G supplements. With effortless ordering and endless customizations, members can fuel performance and recovery in seconds.<\/p>\n \u201cAt E\u014dS, we\u2019re constantly reimagining how to add value to the member experience,\u201d said Richard Idgar, chief operating officer of E\u014dS Fitness. \u201cOur more than eightyear partnership with N2G as the exclusive provider of our supplements is a great example of that commitment. Members can expect more cutting-edge offerings in 2026.\u201d<\/p>\n Throughout Q4, E\u014dS maintained its commitment to uplifting the communities it serves and improving access to fitness. E\u014dS Fitness raised $125,000 for the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF), supporting the nonprofit\u2019s mission to empower individuals with physical disabilities through competitive sport and active lifestyles. To date, E\u014dS has raised more than $550,000 to support CAF and its athletes, helping fund adaptive equipment, training programs and competition expenses.<\/p>\n \u201cSupporting our communities is at the heart of our mission at E\u014dS,\u201d said Shilpi Sullivan, chief marketing officer of E\u014dS Fitness. \u201cGiving back is part of our foundation, and I\u2019m consistently proud of our team members and members who band together to bring passion to the causes that matter most in their lives and communities.\u201d<\/p>\n With November being American Diabetes Month, E\u014dS Fitness continued its yearlong initiative with the American Diabetes Association by raising more than $145,000.
