Content is designed to support a wide range of users, from beginners to experienced lifters. The content also explores how facilities can adjust their approach to better serve members at different life stages and ability levels.<\/p>\n<p>Research Hub is Matrix Fitness\u2019s online education platform, offering articles, webinars and toolkits grounded in peer-reviewed research. Topics include mental health, healthy aging, sprint intensity and now, muscle and strength.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs strength training cements itself as a pillar of health and longevity, facilities are rethinking their programming and equipment mix,\u201d said Tiffany Hoeye, Director of Commercial Marketing, Global. \u201cThis expansion reflects our promise to deliver not just high-performance products, but also the education and evidence to help our customers lead their members with confidence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Muscle &#038; Strength category launch also aligns with Matrix\u2019s broader investment in strength solutions, including ten new Magnum Plate-Loaded stations presented at HFA and FIBO earlier this year.
