According to the Health and Fitness Association\u2019s 2025 U.S. Health &#038; Fitness Consumer Report, a record 25% of Americans belong to a gym, with the strongest growth coming from Gen Z.<\/p>\n<p>To meet the needs of today\u2019s and tomorrow\u2019s gym-goers, E\u014dS plans to open 28 new gyms in 2025, aiming to surpass 250 locations by 2030.
