Corporate Fitness Works (CFW) manages 70 corporate fitness centers across 23 states, offering a wide variety of in-person and virtual services. Following the transaction, HealthFitness will serve over 200 clients at more than 360 sites nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have admired and respected Corporate Fitness Works as a strong competitor for many years,\u201d said HealthFitness President Sean McManamy. \u201cThis brings together two industry leaders with strong capabilities, a wealth of experience and talent, and a shared commitment to offer innovative solutions to clients and build community and connection among members.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Trustmark CEO Kevin Slawin noted that the acquisition advances Trustmark\u2019s overall growth strategy. \u201cIn HealthFitness, we continue to execute our strategy to grow both organically and inorganically,\u201d he said. \u201cThis is a great fit, from both cultural and business perspectives.
