Justin Cates, a graduate of the University of Georgia, is the President of Club Insider. His career in the fitness industry actually began years ago, as he spent his younger days growing up in the health clubs owned and operated by his father, Norm Cates.
After Mr. Cates made his transition to publishing Club Insider in 1993, Justin followed, helping out with various tasks over the years. Throughout college, he knew his future was to help others in this great industry by becoming a more integral part of Club Insider. That vision inspired him to study the company his father built from the ground up, and after a year of research, Justin's effort culminated with his senior thesis that spanned over one hundred pages and layed out the long-term future of Club Insider.
On January 1st, 2008, Mr. Cates hired Justin to work fulltime implementing that plan, and Justin now manages several key areas of the company.
